Patients have so many questions and concerns?  "What kind of care will I need?  Will my insurance cover it?  Is there a co-pay? Is there a deductible?  How can I deal with my deductible so I can continue care?  What if I don't have insurance? What if my insurance is limited? HELP!"

In many cases, insurance will cover your care offered here at North Shore Spine & Rehab.  We can determine all the allowances & restrictions of your plan for you during your very first visit.  If you have insurance and your coverage excludes certain care, including chiropractic.. don't worry... we'll find a payment plan that fits your budget.  If you don't have insurance, again... don't worry... we'll still fit your treatment plan with a payment plan that will work for you.

More often than not, the frustration related to the cost & confusion of allowed or restricted services eliminates a patient's motivation to get the care they need.  In so many cases, cost dictates their neglect to get the care they need and they go without.  It's not OK!  We will make sure that that does not happen!

We accept MasterCard, Visa and Personal Check as well. 

We have EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) plans. This allows you to choose how many payments you'd like to make, when you'd like to make them, and how much each payment will be.  For anywhere from 3 to 18 months, we can set up a payment plan that will make you comfortable & happy so you can stick to your care plan.

We also offer Care Credit.  This option has worked tremendously for many of our patients.  Convenient, long term, and in many cases, interest free.  Read a little about it below...
